the first one that we had was on wednesday, the 22. all we had to do was do a read through, but it was so much fun! we each have a scene and a song all to ourselves, and then some little lines in between.
the second was on friday, the 24. we got to hear our songs, and we ran through them a few times. veruca's is very funny, she's going to be great. mine is harder, when it's right, it sounds wrong. i'll learn it eventually though.
so far, we're not sure if we have rehearsal tonight (monday) or not. guess we'll find out!! ;)

ReplyDeleteLast night (April 27 2009) Violet and I had rehersal! We were doing the dance for the song 'Golden Age of Chocolate'! It was super fun! We get to have real lollie pops for the shows!

hehehe! this is me, violet! i am not posing i swear, this is just the only way i can do this. as veruca said, i am bloggingly challenged. i can figure this out though. we have rehearsal tonight, where the two of us will get together with some of the other people in the play and learn our solos. veruca told that her song is called 'I Want it Now!". mine is called "Chew It", due to the fact that my character always has a piece of gum in her mouth. we will also be going over "The Golden Age of Chocolate" both of us have solo lines in this song. it should be fun!!!
